Return Policy

At THREE the label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward return process.

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  2. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@threethelabel.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  4. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to check availability and arrange the exchange.
  5. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery are non-returnable.
